Take time to get out and active this Spring in the Kingdom of Kerry. Kenmare is a small town in the south of County Kerry and is a haven of tranquility, gourmet food, superb accommodation, Golf Courses, Riding & Trekking and breathtaking scenery in one of the most natural, unspoiled environments in Europe. For our venue, we have chosen the renowned 5 star Park Hotel Kenmare overlooking the bay, in the heart of Ireland's most scenic countryside.

You will start your weekends activities with a gentle yin style yoga class in the cabin to release and relax after the journey down. Your mornings will then begin with an early revitalizing vinyasa flow practice, stimulating your energy for the day ahead. Included in the weekend, you will be guided on a spectacular remote hike across the old Killarney to Kenmare road, which is part of the famous Kerry Way.

On return to the hotel, the onsite award winning Spa will be waiting to help you revive after your days activities.

  • Linda is originally from Ireland, and has travelled teaching Yoga in countries such as New Zealand, Costa Rica, Austria, Portugal, and Spain. Always having a keen interest in health and wellbeing, Linda has over 10 years experience in Holistic Therapy, Nutritional Therapy, Neuromuscular & Physical Therapy and Ashtanga Yoga. Linann Yoga was set up in 2011 to promote Health & Wellbeing, giving people an opportunity to learn how to look after themselves through individual lifestyle choices. From joining our weekly classes of mindful movement and meditation to committing to our Healthy Holidays at home or abroad, Linda is passionate about helping others bring balance into their lives.
