Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is characterized as a more slow-paced, gentle form of yoga its movements make it ideally suited for those who are new to yoga and prefer a slower pace of yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is a strong dynamic and athletic form of yoga, in where you quickly move from one yoga pose to the next to build a natural heat within your body.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing, almost dance-like and are quick paced movements to build heat, flexibility & strength.

Slow Yoga Flow
Expect to Flow and breathe from one pose to another during this class
but at a slower pace unlike most of the regular flow or vinyasa classes.

Yin Yoga
Yin poses are in a sitting or lying position where gravity can do most
of the pulling. We disengage and relax our muscles and our minds.

Mum and Baby Yoga
Mum & Baby Yoga class stimulates all the senses for baby, and gives mum a good stretch, regain strength and a chance to spend some quality one-to-one time with baby.

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga provides pregnant women with many benefits. Among the more common benefits including stretching and release of muscular tension associated with pregnancy. Yoga during pregnancy can help teach you how to breathe and relax in preparation for labour, and help you meet the physical and mental demands required of motherhood.

Yoga Flow

Expect to move, flow and breathe from one pose to another during this class. The class will include Sun Salutations (Which are quick paced movements to build heat and strengthen the body) the style and sequence will vary in each class but will be mainly based on Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga sequences. Perfect for all levels , that enjoy to stretch and challenge themselves.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga classes are taught in a temperature of 25-28 degrees with yoga poses taught from the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series (See more about Ashtanga Yoga).
We use Longwave Infrared radiant heaters in our Hot Yoga classes. Radiant heat is a gentle heat that warms the body from the inside out. Similar to the rays of the sun, radiant heat warms objects rather than air to create a more even heat throughout the studio preventing the forced air effect you can sometimes feel in hot yoga studios.
Our radiant heaters warm the body in the same manner as the natural sunlight. The room is not extremely hot when you enter, as infrared heat works by using your body’s own energy to heat the room as you get warm so does the room .
Infrared heat helps to remove toxins that are stored in the body, improves flexibility & joint mobility, can reduce muscle stiffness and pain, increase circulation, lower blood pressure, and help to reduce stress.
This heat energy is very helpful for increasing body temperature and its muscle relaxing benefits are well known. This type of energy travels only 2-3” deep into the body to increase circulation and nourish damaged tissue. Longwave infrared heat provides all the healthy benefits of natural sunlight without any of the dangerous effects of solar radiation.

Further benefits of practicing Yoga in an Infrared Heated studio include:
Detoxification of the Body
Increased Energy Levels
Strengthening of the Cardiovascular System
Improved Skin Appearance
Strengthening of the Immune System
Reduction of Joint Pain
Can help to promote weight loss
Lengthen and Tone Muscles

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is characterized as a more slow-paced and gentle form of yoga its movements make it ideally suited for those who are new to the yoga and prefer a more gentle yoga class. But you can still enjoy all the benefits of stretching your tight muscles and joints and relaxing!

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga (Yoga Flow) is a strong dynamic and athletic form of yoga, in where you quickly move from one yoga pose to the next to build a natural heat within your body this helps to strengthen and build muscle tone within the body ,release tension and stress and helps to encourage a sense of peace .

Gentle Yoga

Slow Yoga Flow
Expect to Flow and breathe from one pose to another during this class
but at a slower pace unlike most of the regular flow or vinyasa
classes. The style and sequence will vary in each class. But the
emphasis will be on alignment and holding the poses a little longer
than in a normal flow class so we can take our time and get used to
holding each pose and learn how to breathe while holding the poses .
Perfect for all levels, but especially for complete beginners that
want a slow paced class that will still include some gentle moving &
stretching or for anyone that would like to learn a little more about
yoga alignment.

Yin Yoga

Yin poses are in a sitting or lying position where gravity can do most of the pulling. We disengage and relax our muscles and our minds. Each pose is held for 1-5 minutes. By staying and breathing into sensation,
we develop a greater emotional patience and resilience that can be used in the most challenging situations.
By stretching and compressing connective tissue for extended periods of time, we maintain healthy range of motion in the body, even as we age. Yin yoga gives us the ability to age more gracefully! Ideal for anyone that prefers a very
gentle and restorative yoga class.

Yogalates

Yogilates - Integrating Yoga and Pilates for Complete Fitness, Strength, and Flexibility the teacher will lead the class through a series of floor exercises incorporating both matwork exercises from Pilates and yoga poses to warm up the body Classes end in a traditional way with deep relaxation

Mum and Baby Yoga

Mum & Baby Yoga class stimulates all the senses for baby, and gives mum a good stretch, regain strength and a chance to spend some quality one-to-one time with baby.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing, almost dance-like and are quick paced movements to build heat, flexibility & strength.
